5. Panels Cutting Machine (Flying Saw)

The Panels Cutting Machine (Belt Blade Saw of Disk Blade Saw), installed in the PU Sandwich Panels Lines, is designed to crosscut into length the formed panels “on the fly”, while they are being produced, and to perform clean and virtually burr-free cuts. The machine is equipped with band saw rotation system, that turns the blade to 180o, so to cut in both crossing directions, reducing thus the “cut-to-cut” times.

When requested, the machine is equipped a circular blade saws, to perform the cuts needed for the overlapping of panels.
