5. Crimping Machine 

For the Rock Wool Production Lines FinMach offers a special design Crimping Machine, with 4 or more independent sections of opportunely shaped rolls, running pairwise, to produce Rock Wool products with compression and de-lamination strength at the desired levels, keeping the density and the binder content at decreased levels, reducing thus the production costs.

Curing Oven

The Curing Oven in the Stone Wool Production Lines is used to cure the binder contained into the felt, by means of hot air, and to give at the product its final density and thickness. This machine is made up with independent curing sections, each of them having its own, well dimensioned, hot air generation and circulation system. The system is well insulated, and it is supplied with an advanced curing process monitoring system, that aids the operators achieving the best curing results with reduced energy and costs.
