4. Fiber Collecting Chamber

FinMach Fiber Collecting Chamber (Drum type) for the Rock Wool Production Lines is equipped with state-of-the-art solutions to achieve an improved primary felt quality, in terms of fibers distribution, felt square density (gr/m²), and separation of shots.

The dinamic air suction system, in connection with the drum’s net improved design, allow to reduce wasted fibers into the filter. The advanced Process Automation System, assists the operators of the Stone Wool Production Lines to produce high quality products in all range of densities, acting on the drum’s speed, the air suction system modulations and the optimal felt distribution with the pendulum.

The automatic net cleaning and drying system, installed into the drum, reduces the human interventions for maintenance and cleaning, thus reducing costs and time waste.
