4. Double Belt Press (Continuous Press)

The Double Belt Press for Continuous Sandwich Panels Lines, is made up by a strong welded structure, in which are running two opposed steel shutter conveyors sliding on bearings, to contain the sandwich panel being formed.

The shutters of the Continuous Press are specially treated to achieve a mirror-like surface, whereas the Shutter conveyors are guaranteed of absolute flatness and planarity, to prevent any marks on the panels metal sheet surfaces. The upper and lower shutter conveyors are independently heated and thermally insulated, to provide a constant thermal environment for the foam to rise.
